Soft, sweet and delicious, a panettone made by Flamigni uses semi-candied peaches and apricots (grown in the Romagna region), apples and apricots to create this mouth watering recipe. 

Following the ancient Piedmontese recipe, this panettone has a sugar iced top to give that crumbly and textured appearance.

Naturally leavened, these panettone use natural sourdough to give beautiful depth of flavour and texture.

Ingredients 

Sugar iced panettone, without raisins and candied citrus fruits. Natural leavened product. 

Ingredients: wheat flour, semi-candied peach* and apricot* cubes 13% (peach and apricot, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, concentrated lemon juice, preservative: potassium sorbate), icing 11% (sugar, pasteurized egg white, hazelnuts grain, apricot kernels flour, rice flour), candied apple and pear cubes 11% (apple and pear, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, concentrated lemon juice), butter, sugar, pasteurized egg yolk, natural sourdough (wheat flour, water), emulsifiers:mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin; salt, malted wheat flour, flavourings, vanilla extract from Madagascar beans. Each item is scrutinised before being sent. We only send items that reach our quality standards. Wooden items, such as handles, might feel a bit rough from the manufacturer. Our team in the UK hand sand some of these items to make sure the item is at its best.

We hand wrap delicate items before sending them to you to ensure they are protected and reach you in perfect condition. We don't believe in excessive packaging and believe the tools speak for themselves.

We hope to do our bit for the environment and reduce plastic waste. Most of our packaging is paper based and is non-laminated, which can be easily recycled or composted at home.

We aim to reuse materials and packaging where possible and this is usually the only plastic you will find in your parcel. This plastic protection can also be recycled.
