A luxurious, chocolate orange panettone, covered with 70% extra dark chocolate, sugar crystals and candied blood orange.
This panettone is beautifully presented with its ultra sleek stripy wrapping paper and hand tied bow.
These delicious panettones were crafted by Vincente in Bronte, Sicily. A company that prides itself on being mainly female run, with 80% of employees being women. Vincente follow these four golden rules: Good quality ingredients. Use a sourdough starter that is more than 40 years old. Do not rush, taking 40 hours for natural leavening and to rely on female hands.
Ingredients
Panettone with blood orange and 70% extra dark chocolate - without raisins.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, red candied oranges peel 20% (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidifying: citric acid E330), Butter, sugar, Egg yolk, extra dark chocolate chips 6% (cocoa paste, sugar, dextrose, emulsifier: Soy lecithin), natural yeast (Wheat flour, water), emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, glucose syrup, skimmed Milk powder, cocoa butter, honey, natural flavours, salt.
Coating: extra dark chocolate 14% (cocoa paste, sugar, low-fat cocoa powder, emulsifier: Soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), cubes of candied orange 1% (orange cubes, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidifying: citric acid E330), sugar in grains.
May contain pistachio, almonds, hazelnuts, mustard and lupin.

Each item is scrutinised before being sent. We only send items that reach our quality standards. Wooden items, such as handles, might feel a bit rough from the manufacturer. Our team in the UK hand sand some of these items to make sure the item is at its best.

We hope to do our bit for the environment and reduce plastic waste. Most of our packaging is paper based and is non-laminated, which can be easily recycled or composted at home.
We aim to reuse materials and packaging where possible and this is usually the only plastic you will find in your parcel. This plastic protection can also be recycled.
