The Atlas 150 is thus named for its worldwide appeal and the size of its rollers which are 150mm in length. The pasta machine has ten different thickness settings which can be operated by turning the dial at the side of the machine.

The pasta machine comes with two cutters on the back of the machine, 6.5mm Fettuccine and 1.5mm Tagliolini. To use, reposition the removable hand crank to the cutter attachment and feed the pasta sheet into the slot.
The Marcato Atlas 150 Classic is an excellent choice for durability and comes with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty.
Marcato produces 13 interchangeable accessories for the Atlas 150 to create different sized and shaped pasta (sold separately).
The Pastadrive motor attachment (sold separately) can be added to this machine at a later date, to turn the rollers, stopping the need to manually turn the hand crank. This frees up both hands for better control. With the Pastadrive motor there is no need to clamp the pasta machine to the worktop and therefore can be used on any flat surface.
