The original 'sofficiona' nougat cake was born in 1990, created by Quaranta. An enchanting display of 20 slices individually wrapped to form the cake.

In the fruit assortment choose from four flavours:

• Strawberry - Freeze dried strawberries, almonds and hazelnuts
• Mixed Berries - Cranberries, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, almonds and hazelnuts
• Exotic Fruits - Pineapple, papaya, cherries, almonds and hazelnuts
• Lemon - With lemon creme and lemon peel

Since 1924, the Quaranta family have been making their delectable nougat for the world, reimagining and enhancing it through the years. They are based in Caravaggio, Bergamo, near Milan.

Ingredients 

Soft Nougat with Strawberries (2%)

Sugar, glucose syrup, honey, almonds, hazelnuts, corn starch, sunflower oil, skimmed milk powder, strawberries, egg white, freeze-dried strawberries, potato starch, milk whey powder, lactose, cocoa butter, acidity regulator: citric acid, strawberry seeds, natural flavouring, water, emulsifier: sunflower lecithins, concentrated (carrot, lemon, radish, black carrot), gelling agent: pectins. 

May contain other traces of tree nuts, peanuts, soy and sesame seeds. 

Soft Nougat with mixed berries (6%)

Sugar, glucose syrup, honey, almonds, hazelnuts, corn starch, sunflower oil, cranberries, skimmed milk powder, freeze-dried blackberries, egg white, potato starch, milk whey powder, lactose, freeze-dried raspberries, cocoa butter, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, acidity regulator: citric acid, natural flavouring, water, emulsifier: sunflower lecithins, concentrated (carrot, hibiscus, blackcurrant, lemon), gelling agent: pectins.

Soft Nougat with Exotic Fruits (18%)

Sugar, glucose syrup, honey, hazelnuts, almonds, corn starch, pineapple, papaya, cherries, glucose-fructose syrup, egg white, potato starch, acidity regulator: citric acid, natural flavourings, water, concentrated fruit and vegetable juice (Red potato,Red Radicchio, Cherry, Apple). 

May contain traces of other nuts, peanuts, milk, soy and sesame seeds. 

Soft Nougat with lemon creme (20%) and lemon peels (4%)

Sugar, glucose syrup, honey, almonds, hazelnuts, corn starch, lemon peels, sunflower oil, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, cocoa butter, glucose-fructose syrup, milk whey powder, lactose, egg white, egg yolk, potato starch, concentrated lemon juice, dextrose, natural flavourings, salt, concentrated (carrot, pumpkin), emulsifier: lecithins(soy, sunflower), water, acidity regulator: citric acid.
